Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by PayPal, and payments will show on your statements as: PAYPAL*IMMORTALWOR

We accept the following credit and debit cards for payment: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo, and Electron.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will endeavour to keep the site fully updated with new products and removing old ones. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you with an option of waiting for the product to become available or be given a full refund for the product which is unavailable.

*NOTE: OUTSIDE THE UK

Our products are designed for the UK market. When buying from outside the UK please be aware that the product, warranty, packaging and all contents including mains charger are only designed for the UK market. 

You will need to purchase relevant adapters in your country for your specific needs.

As our products are dispatched to you from the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Whether any charges are payable will depend on the value of the package. 

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. If there are any additional charges for customs clearance, they must be borne by you.

Additionally, please note that when ordering you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. 

If an order is dispatched to outside the EU and it is rejected, refused or returned from customs for whatever reason then the customer is liable to cover all customs and delivery charges.

Delivery Terms

UK

Orders will take 2-3 workings days (not including weekends or bank holidays) to arrive from the date of ordering. Orders will arrive via courier. If for any reason we have a delay in being able to dispatch your items we will contact you by e-mail or phone. 

If there is nobody home at the supplied delivery address, you will be left a calling card where you can arrange a re-delivery or pickup from your local depot.

WITHIN EUROPE

Orders will take 4-6 workings days (not including weekends or bank holidays) to arrive from the date of ordering. Orders will arrive via courier. 

If for any reason we have a delay in being able to dispatch your items we will contact you by e-mail. 

OUTSIDE OF EUROPE

Orders will take 5-8 workings days (not including weekends or bank holidays) to arrive from the date of ordering. Orders will arrive via courier. 

If for any reason we have a delay in being able to dispatch your items we will contact you by e-mail.


Liability

Wearing the name Immortal does NOT make you or any other persons Immortal. 

Immortal World Ltd cannot be responsible for any damages including, without limitation, any special, indirect, incidental, personal or consequential damages that may arise from any use of our Immortal products or Immortal accessories. 

It is the responsibility of the BUYER and/or the USER, not Immortal World Ltd, to ascertain and obey any and all applicable local, privacy, state and federal laws in regards to the use of any Immortal World Ltd. product. 

Our slogan “prove it” only means that you can prove what you have done by taking footage to prove it.


Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your on-line purchase, but if for some reason you need to return an item this is how. 

DAMAGED GOODS

You must notify us at customerservice@immortal.co.uk within 48 hours, and we will advise you how to return the product and offer a replacement product. You must return the goods to us within 7 days, we recommend recorded delivery. 

You will be reimbursed for any reasonable postage costs.

UNWANTED PURCHASES

If you ordered a product and then decide that you don't require it, you may return it and we will gladly refund you, minus any shipping or handling charges. 

You must return the goods to us within 7 days, we recommend recorded delivery. You will be not be reimbursed for postage and you are responsible for any returns that may be lost during posting. 

If you do not have proof that we received, i.e. signed for the item, we will not refund you if we do not receive the item.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

You can cancel your order and return it to us within 7 days of the purchase date if it is in its original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest that you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).

Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt. The customer is responsible for covering the delivery fees on returned items. 

In the case of faulty goods we guarantee all items for a period of 24 months from the purchase date. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use. Goods found to be faulty can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.

When first trying out your new camera glasses, please do so somewhere clean and safe - we can't replace muddy, scratched, torn or grass-stained stuff. 

You must contact us by email or phone before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number.

Warranty information

Warranty Period is 24 months unless otherwise specified. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use.

Immortal World Ltd Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If any defects in a product we have sold are identified and the product is received by us within the warranty period together with a returns number, copy of our Sales Receipt and a written description of the fault and we can determine that the problem is covered by our Warranty we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product. 

Please note, in all instances Immortal World Ltd shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Security and Privacy

Payments handled by PayPal should be regarded as secure under their terms of service (find out more).

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, however we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering through our site. 

When you make an order, we note your name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
